Community Fund Application Form
Before completing this application form, please read the accompanying Guidance Document. Submitted applications will be considered at one of the next co-op board meetings. These are held approximately four times a year in January, April, August and October. Depending on the number of applications, we may not be able to contact unsuccessful applicants.
We will acknowledge applications within 21 days of receipt. If a decision to make a grant is agreed, Four Winds Energy Cooperative will contact you to discuss methods of payment.
